All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Returns & 14-Day Trial

We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your Oroma Press.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and components must be included

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
