At Oroma, we stand behind the quality of the Oroma Press. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy under the conditions outlined below.

14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Include all accessories, components, manuals, and free spare parts

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration

  • Items returned after the 14-day return period

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

How to Start a Return

Please do not send items back without prior approval.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Oroma is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your Oroma Press arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Warranty Information

The Oroma Press includes a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
